What Your Rate Covers
Distillery tickets and tasting fees. We book and pay for every distillery tour and tasting on your itinerary before you arrive. That includes the hard-to-get ones: Buffalo Trace releases tour tickets every Wednesday at 10:00 AM Eastern for the following week and they typically sell out in about 90 seconds. We work that release on your behalf as part of standard planning. When a distillery you want is sold out, we propose the strongest available alternative for your dates rather than leaving a hole in the day.
A private vehicle for your group only. Group sizes run 1 to 6 guests per vehicle, and the vehicle is yours for the day. We do not combine bookings or add strangers. Air conditioning, bottled water, and snacks are stocked before pickup. Larger groups run in multiple vehicles or a larger vehicle depending on size.
A professional guide and driver. Your guide handles the driving, the distillery check-ins, the day’s timing, and the stories between stops. You taste; nobody in your group has to stay behind the wheel.
A lunch reservation. We reserve lunch at a restaurant matched to your route, party size, and timing, and we confirm it in advance. Dietary restrictions and preferences are built into the reservation, not handled at the door.
Pickup and drop-off. We pick up from your hotel, Airbnb, vacation rental, or airport in the Louisville, Bardstown, or Lexington area, and return you to the same spot or a different one when your tour ends. There is no separate transportation charge on standard tours.

What Is Not Included
Three things sit outside the all-inclusive rate, and we would rather you know before booking than discover on the day:
- Guide gratuity. Appreciated, never required, always at your discretion.
- Gift shop purchases. Bottles, glassware, and merchandise you buy at distilleries are yours to pay for directly. Allocated bottle availability varies by distillery and day.
- Optional barrel pick experiences. A few distilleries offer private barrel selection at an additional cost set by the distillery. If your group wants one, we build it into the itinerary and tell you the distillery's price up front.
Everything else on the day is covered. If a cost is not on this list, it is in your rate.

Planning a Multi-Day Trip?
We plan multi-day touring itineraries regularly: two or three days covering the Bardstown, Frankfort, and Lexington distillery clusters at a comfortable pace, with a different region each day.
Lodging is booked by you. We do not bundle or resell hotel rooms. What we do instead: once your touring days are set, we recommend where to stay so your mornings start close to your first distillery, whether that is downtown Louisville, the Bardstown square, or central Lexington. Guests who want help choosing get specific recommendations matched to their route.
Multi-day trips are quoted per day at the same all-inclusive structure as single-day tours. Tell us how many days you have and we will propose how to spend them.
