Booking, Texting and Tour Terms

1. About BourbonTown Tours

BourbonTown Tours is a Louisville, Kentucky-based private bourbon distillery tour operator. We design and deliver custom private tours of distilleries, attractions, and venues in Kentucky’s bourbon region. We can be reached at:

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program name. BourbonTown Tours Customer Communications.

Program description. When you submit your phone number through a form on our website, contact us by phone, or otherwise provide your wireless number to us, you agree to receive text messages from BourbonTown Tours related to your tour inquiry, quote, booking confirmation, trip details, scheduling updates, and customer service follow-up. This is a recurring messaging program.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any tour services. You may submit inquiries, request quotes, and book tours without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your inquiry or booking. You will not receive promotional or marketing messages unless you have separately opted in to receive them.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to every message sent or received. BourbonTown Tours is not responsible for carrier charges. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, and we will respond with assistance and contact information. You can also email us at tours@bourbontowntours.com or call 1-844-BOURBON.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further text messages to that number unless you opt back in. To opt back in, contact us directly or resubmit a form on our website.

Supported carriers. The SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information we collect exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Tour Bookings, Pricing, and Payment

Custom tours. Each BourbonTown Tours experience is privately built for your group. Pricing, vehicle, distillery selection, and itinerary details are confirmed in writing before any payment is collected.

Quotes and confirmations. Quotes provided by phone, email, or text are estimates until you receive a written confirmation and pay the deposit or full balance as instructed. BourbonTown Tours reserves the right to update pricing prior to written confirmation.

Payment. Payments are processed through our booking and payments platform. By submitting payment, you authorize BourbonTown Tours to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed tour amount, deposits, and any additional services you request.

Third-party charges. Food, beverages purchased on tour, gratuities, and any other third-party charges are separate from the BourbonTown Tours service fee unless explicitly included in your written confirmation.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in our FAQ, under "What happens if we have to cancel?", and are confirmed in your booking confirmation. In general:

• Changes to your itinerary made more than 7 days before the tour date can usually be accommodated, subject to distillery and vehicle availability.
• Tours cancelled by BourbonTown Tours due to weather, distillery closure, or other circumstances outside our control will be rescheduled or refunded.

The specific terms applicable to your booking are contained in your written confirmation and supersede the general guidance above.

5. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree that you and your guests will:

• Be on time for the scheduled tour pickup. Late arrivals may result in shortened tour time at the same price.
• Comply with the rules and policies of every distillery, venue, and third-party site visited during the tour.
• Comply with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including all alcohol consumption laws. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol.
• Treat the tour vehicle, the tour guide, and all venue staff with respect.
• Not bring outside alcohol on the tour vehicle.

BourbonTown Tours reserves the right to end any tour without refund if a guest’s conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to other guests or to venue staff.

6. Assumption of Risk

Distillery and tour activities involve normal risks associated with travel, walking on uneven surfaces, alcohol consumption, and visiting industrial production facilities. By booking a tour, you acknowledge these risks and agree that BourbonTown Tours is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage that occurs during a tour except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on https://bourbontowntours.com, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the BourbonTown Tours name and brand, is the property of Kentucky Hospitality Group, LLC, doing business as BourbonTown Tours or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or republish any content from our website without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of personal information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
