Bowling & Birch Gin – Limestone Branch Distillery

Bowling & Birch Gin is a small-batch gin that is distilled at the Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. The gin is made with a blend of 17 botanicals, including rosemary, thyme, honeysuckle, and lemon verbena. The botanicals are vapor-infused into the gin, which gives it a complex and flavorful flavor profile.

It is a versatile gin that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail. It is a great gin to use in classic cocktails, such as the Gin and Tonic, Negroni, and Martini. It is also a great gin to use in more creative cocktails, such as the Cucumber Basil Smash and the Bramble.

Tasting Notes

On the palate, it is dry and slightly sweet, with flavors of rosemary, thyme, honeysuckle, and lemon verbena. The finish is long and lingering, with a subtle hint of spice.
