Looking for a designated driver for a distillery tour trip you’ve already mapped out? BourbonTown Tours specializes in transportation services for groups who are in town traveling the trail. Additionally, we can provide transportation to special events such as Keeneland, The Kentucky Bourbon Festival, Music Festivals, Dinner etc.

Vehicle & Driver by the hour

SUV: GMC Yukon or Equivalent

$100 per Hour

Up to 6 Guests

Luxury, private transportation for up to 6 guests. You provide the itinerary and we will provide a private vehicle and designated driver to take you out for the day.

Passenger Van: Mercedes Sprinter van or Ford Transit Van

$150 per hour

Up to 14 Guests

Luxury, private transportation for up to 14 guests. You provide the itinerary and we will provide a private vehicle and designated driver to take you out for the day.

Transportation Only Rates

Prices are per hour (4 hour minimum)

Hourly billing for transportation only services begins when the group is picked up and ends when the group is dropped off. An additional fee of $100 will be applied to any bookings made for pick-up/drop-off outside of the Louisville city limits.
Multiple vehicles may be reserved for larger groups who exceed 14 passengers.
Transportation only bookings are subject to 6% KY sales tax. Driver gratuity is up to the discretion of the client and can be added to the invoice in advance, or settled up at the end of the experience. Cash is preferred.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to make the initial reservation. The deposit is applied to the total cost of the tour. Remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to touring.
Vehicle is strictly reserved for hourly transportation based on the predefined hours agreed upon by the booking agent and client. Additional transportation will be billed at a rate of $100 an hour.

Is there an age restriction?

You must be 21 and have a valid ID to attend

What if I don’t drink but I still want to take the tour?

That’s no problem! The distilleries, their heritage, and the history are entertaining and fascinating without ever taking a sip. Tour prices remain the same.

How do I dress for the experience?

Closed toe shoes are recommended and comfort is key. Dress according to the weather. Your group will be lining up outside of the distillery before the gift shop opens.

What can’t I bring?

No firearms of any kind are allowed.

Is it customary to tip the driver/guide?

Tips are always appreciated.

Tour refunds are valid 14 days prior to the tour with the exception of a 20% booking fee.
Cancellation 3-14 days prior to the start of the tour (72 hours minimum advance notice) can be rescheduled at a later date.
Because of the custom nature of these events, we can not reschedule a tour with less than 72 hours notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
**Bodily fluid clean up will result in a $250 cleaning fee.**
